Founder, CEO and Lead Consultant
Joseph is a multidisciplinary business consultant with a background in electrical engineering and an MBA in finance and accounting. With postgraduate training in project planning and strategic human resource management, he bridges the gap between technical operations and organizational effectiveness.
He brings a rare combination of technical understanding, HR experience, business thinking, facilitation, coaching, financial literacy and practical communication, which positions BLG to serve complex organizations.
